The Commission certifies mediators serving four court-based mediation programs. Each program has its own certification requirements and applications materials. Please select from the menu options on your left depending on the type of certification that you are seeking.
If you are interested in certification, but do not know which type of certification you should pursue or which court-based mediation program you would like to serve, you may:
1) Return to the main menu and click on the "Program Information" options to learn about the various programs operating in North Carolina's courts;
2) Click on each of the options on the left to read about the certification requirements for each program to determine whether you are eligible for certification; or
3) Contact the Commission's office at (919) 890-1415 to inquire about programs and certification requirements.
